Our Story

LEAD was founded in 2008 by Matt Tiedgen and Tom Sullivan.

At a previous agency, Matt and Tom sat near each other and discovered that their approach to marketing was similar;
allow clients to know what their marketing budget is doing.

So it was then that LEAD humbly began with a few clients, a couple of desks
and a shared determination to create, manage and measure marketing plans that achieve client goals.

Today LEAD is a full-service firm with a talented team of strategy, media, creative and web specialists
that manage annual marketing plans for many, while also providing individual services to others.

A few clients, has grown to dozens of satisfied clients.
And Matt and Tom sit near each other at their original desks, driving strategy for each LEAD client, every day.
