Where I’m from: Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho
Where I went to school: North Idaho College
What I do: I’m a creative problem solver. I craft unique design solutions that are functional & beautiful as a response to various challenges, often building projects from the ground up.
Project: Fully develop a food packaging solution for a local brand. Packaging design is so creative! I love working with companies that do good for its audience, and seeing my work on local products would be amazing.
Client: An open-minded individual who lets me take full charge of a project that directly supports our community.
Quote: “Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality.” – Lewis Carroll
Pastime: Illustrating in my sketchbook, visiting gardens, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, gaming, and attempting to craft the perfect vegan mac & cheese.
An Insight: Anyone can become an expert in anything, you just have to put in the time, effort, and love.
Someone who has influenced my professional career: Stephanie Schreiber, a Creative Director I’ve worked with.
An out-of-the-box solution: Throw in every idea you can think of into a project, then slowly start taking away pieces until you are left with only the essentials.
Did you know…
When I was ten: I got hit by a car while riding my bike and shattered every bone in my left leg. I went through physical therapy and have some battle scars from the accident, but what upset me the most at the time was that I missed out on Halloween!
I aspire to: Be a good person others can look up to & make a difference as an artist.
I’m a LEADer because…
Skills: I’m a perfectionist. I account for every detail and get involved every day by asking a lot of questions in order to do my best.
Attitude: I take ownership of my work and don’t back down when confronted with a problem.
