Tell me about yourself.
Hello, I’m Monica Pritchard. I have a BS in Operations Management and Logistics Engineering from The Ohio State University.
What’s your favorite thing about being an account director?
I LOVE helping companies win in the marketplace. I believe to execute effectively, you must have a vision and a plan that is documented and communicated. People knowing how they intersect with the deliverables and why it matters fuels results and meaningful experiences. I believe it also lends itself to more fun along the way.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
I love people and one of my favorite ways to demonstrate my love is cooking for them.
What is something others find interesting about you?
I work and play at warp speed.

Kindness, passion, and perseverance.

“Today” by the Smashing Pumpkins
“Get busy living, or get busy dying.”, Stephen King
“It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.”, Whitney M. Young
Who is someone who has influenced your professional career?
As a young preacher’s kid, I read the Bible quite often. One of the people I admired was King Solomon. He ruled with wisdom. When God appeared to Solomon in a dream and promised him anything he asked, Solomon chose understanding and discernment. In my quest to gain wisdom, I have sought new experiences and roles throughout my career.
