Melenie has a masters degree in finance and is working to study taxation. At LEAD Marketing Agency she helps Account Managers with the organization and execution of billing their clients. Her long-term goal is to take everything she’s learned in taxation and start a business.

What I do: As the Billing Coordinator, I have the responsibility to ensure invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner for LEAD Clients.

Project: Working proactively to increase billing processes for increased productivity while maintaining accuracy.

Client: Is someone I believe is based on building a relationship of trust and integrity, which are the two significant components from my perspective in retaining a successful and long-term business relationship.

My Favorite…

Quote: While there are many quotes I take to heart, I live by “the buck stops here”. I use this mantra in my personal as well as professional life and want individuals to feel I will do all I can to make sure their issues are resolved.

Pastime: I enjoy decorating, sewing, music, and enjoy living life to the fullest by spending as much time as possible with friends and family.

An Insight: I aspire to be a continuous learner, and enjoy a challenge which I see as a learning opportunity.

Someone who has influenced my professional career: My brothers and brother-in-law shaped the way I approached life and inspired me to reach my goals in life.
