What I do: I am responsible for building websites for LEAD Marketing’s clients to help them achieve their goals. My goal is to build interactive and eye-catching websites by implementing the newest methods, technologies and designs.
My Ideal…
Project: The project that brings everything out of me. The project that makes me grow as a web developer and makes the client grow to achieve their success.
Client: My ideal client looks to implement new methods and technologies to their websites and stay up-to-date to serve their goal.
My Favorite…
Quote: Benjamin Franklin’s “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” has kept me in the process of learning and growing, both as a person and as a web developer.
Environment: An environment that creates a positive workplace culture, encourages learning, and aims for one common goal.
I like…
An Insight: Successful companies are data and analysis driven. Being data and analysis driven finds meaning in and increases understanding of a situation, resulting in some competitive advantage for the company. Data provides more than a low-level understanding of an issue, it gives you deeper insight into major mechanics related to your exact business.
An out-of-the-box solution: I believe as web developer, it is essential to be an out-of-the-box thinker. The essence of an outstanding website stands behind finding a unique, or practical, design and method for each specific business.
Did you know…
I aspire to: Personally, and professionally, to be able to combine the skills that I have, or will have, and the goal of helping people, businesses, or communities to create tools or websites that people benefit from every day.
I’m a LEADer because…
Skills: As I am in my early career, I can’t be any luckier to be a LEADer. I believe this opportunity will help me to continuously apply the skills that I have (web development, web design, UI & UX, programming, etc.) and continue to add to my skill set.
Attitude: I aspire to never stop learning and applying the skills and solutions that I learn to real-life problems and benefit everyone I interact with.
