Meet Ahmad Alaliwi – LEAD Marketing Web Developer
Tell me about yourself.
Hi, I’m Ahmad Alaliwi. I’ve graduated from Emporia State University in May 2019. I have received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and I have minored in Mathematics and Information Systems.
What’s your favorite thing about being a web developer?
The endless amount of possible methods, designs and techniques to create a website. I love how much I can do with a website, from brainstorming and designing the layout or the UI of the website, to coding the functionality of each page and connecting to the backend.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
I have played soccer for over 8 years by now. So, I love playing soccer outdoors. Also, since the technology world is constantly changing, I have made it a hobby to keep myself up to date by grabbing a new technology or a framework and practice some problem-solving using it while listening to some Chicago style Jazz.
What is something others find interesting about you?
I’m a polyglot. I am fluent in more than three languages, including English, Arabic, Turkish and French.
What excites you to go to work every day?
The love of creating. Creating new interfaces or services through websites that I believe people will benefit from, drives me and builds my passion about work every day.
