LEAD Adds Five Employees to Full-Service Team
LEAD Marketing Agency’s commitment to providing measurable results for clients with a complete offering of services is reinforced by the addition of five full-time employees.

Bryn Coan
Bryn Coan arrives at LEAD from Chicago, where she was Ad Operations Manager for digital marketing leader Centro. She will assume the role of Digital Media Manager at LEAD.
Coan previously worked in Ad Operations at Digilant’s office in Boston and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of programmatic media planning and buying. She is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Jessica Hart
Jessica Hart joins LEAD as an Account Manager. Hart is a graduate of Northwood University. She previously worked at Carat USA’s Detroit office, where she was a Media Planner on the Chevrolet account.
Ahmad Alaliwi
Ahmad Alaliwi has been hired as a Web Developer, a position responsible for building websites for LEAD’s clients. Alaliwi comes to Grand Rapids as a recent graduate of Emporia State University in Kansas with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Statistics and Information Systems.
Morgan Shaffer
Morgan Shaffer joins LEAD as Social Media Manager, where she creates content unique to each brand’s identity. Shaffer holds a degree in Communication Studies from Grand Valley State University, where she was actively involved and served on the executive board for the GVSU Public Relations Student Society of America organization. She previously worked at 8THIRTYFOUR Integrated Communications as Communications Associate.
Kendra Smith
Kendra Smith has been hired as a Graphic Designer. Smith earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Grand Valley State University and graduated magna cum laude from the GVSU Fredrik Meijer Honors College. She was the only Studio Art major to receive the Excellence in Discipline Award.
